The Local Enterprise Partnership’s (LEP) Skills Support for the Workforce in Greater Manchester programme complements the LEP’s broader initiatives to support growth in small and medium-sized businesses throughout Greater Manchester and also implement the Work and Skills Strategy.

The Skills Support for the Workforce programme utilises European funding to deliver this service and fund eligible learning interventions.

Our advisors will work with you and support your business growth plans through helping you to identify and source your business-driven learning and development needs.

Help For Your Business

We can help you address your immediate and future skills gaps by developing programmes tailored to your needs and providing your workforce with the appropriate training to enable your business to compete and grow.

  • Advanced manufacturing and materials
  • Digital and creative
  • Construction

  • Health and social care, and health innovation
  • Retail
